What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

Photoshop is typically used, but I use Jasc Paint Shop Pro and Flash Professional 8 for image retexturing. The latest version of PSP...I'll bet very few of you here know the capabilities of that.

As for the water texture, it's in there, but did you consider that it might be a greyscale image, internally colorized by Project64 as a blue color? You need to dump textures of the area outside of the castle alone, and look for any water patterns.

I wish there was a way to retexture them because there is an awful lot of bmp files in some games.

Nevermind those, just stick to the ones in the png_all folder, it's alot easier than meddling with those alpha textures in the bmp folders and whatnot.

First do them, and if you notice a texture that's not in the png_all folder then you can look for it in the other folders, trust me, it's easier this way.
