jet force gemini

i got the usa rom and it says needs cracking ,so i got the gamefaq and got the usa patch and the usa crack 4 it.But i cant use it i open the aps patcher and it says this

Usage (options) (original file ) (aps file)
-f force patching over incorrect image
-q quiet mode

so i typed jet force gemini Dx-jfgc

And it says 'jet' is not recoqnised as a external or internal command operable program or batch file

What do i have to type to make it work ,or does any 1 know where to get a windows aps patcher


P.s i check the rom with good n64 so i know the rom is ok

I patched both roms (E) & (U) but I used WinAPS, get it from Dextrose (http://www.dextrose.com)

Ok, it's really simple. You need the program!!
Of course you cannot type the name of the ROM! It's like opening an unknown file in Windows, just that you can select what to open it with! How stupid can you be!?
Get some knowledge of DOS, dammit!

And as for the program, I don't know where it is. Check smiff's site, maybe it's there.
