What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart

Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko

Enzo Dragon

STFU, NAVI
I've decided to retexture Gex 3, but I need some suggestions.

What style in particular, if any, should I apply to this game?

EDIT: Heavily reconsidering my choice. I was just in game a few minutes ago to check it out, and I'm not sure if I'm up to this challenge. If I change my mind, I'll just change the thread title to reflect my new choice.

Well, cel-shading is all the rage these days....with Wind Waker and all....

But originality for once is nice...why not try just a trippy style?

Since the worlds in Gex 3 are a mixture of real and comic i would try to keep it this way. Some levels like for example the horror one should be more realistic, others like the mecha level might be nicer in comic style.
