i read u need the latest rbd which i hagve ,but it also says set a counter facotr of 4 and use the recompiler in rom settings what do these mean cos i dont know how to set it

Those settings should already be set in the rdb. To change them (if necessary), load the game, click options/settings/rom settings. You'll need to reset the rom for changes to take effect.

*note* Changes to rom settings are best left to advanced users. Games can easily be broken if you change the wrong setting. Always keep a backup of your rdb.
