Lil help with pokemon stadium 2

Ok i dont know what happen but pokemon 2 runed perfect for me and toda i tryed to run it and my pc gets stuck on Byte swaping image and my hardrive goes like crazy and that never have happened to me( i didnt change any setings too) i wated for 1 min and still it stays there and when i do open rom and chose it from the directory my pc freezes on the saveslot. I dont know whats wrong

errr...who knows, winme? try restarting comp, or running scan disk, maybe;)

I did already but still does the same think and i tryed whaiting and i got to save slot but it froze there
