Saving [WindWaker]

Hello,

I had recently downloaded Wind Waker and began playing it on Dolphin. When I first loaded the game past the start screen it gave me an error saying something was wrong with my memory card A. It offered to format it and somehow fix it, but it didn't work. How should I go about fixing this or just saving my game all together?

Edit: The problem seems to have resolved itself with a restart or two. Thanks anyways, reported for deletion.

You'd think that a non-working memory card is the least of his problems when he can't even play the game properly.

At least he fixed the issue, so meh.
