Gameboy Advance Ver. 2.3a Multiplayer crash ?

2.3a seem to crash. I read it and it was test on 1.9 but I do not know if it is just me or did it happen to you guys also ? My version is 2.3a. Please let me know.

I know about vbalinks but I prefer no$gba, ok ?
