It seems we've had quite a success with user feedback from different emu releases. what about an "X emu compat page"
users can submit compat list for us to post and compare with along with their system setup. hopefully it will help us share settings used for different games and INI writers to use for them. We can have a vert. column w/ the game names and horizontal column w/ boxes and "Yes" and "no" for if it works. we can only put down good dumps only since theres no reason for testing out bad/hacked/fixed, and other modifyied dumps..
now for the "INI Writers zone" webpage.. it would be cool if we could all get together and share info for ini writers since some emu's lack a _good_ selection, mainly
pj64 1.4 (you'll see - for all those who dont have the beta)
tr64
trwin (err.. it uses .dat's and settings are done by using the GUI and right clicking for ucodes/bootcodes)
1964
apollo soon as well (right azimer?)
Uhle.. (hah) - Dominator.. mind finishing your tutorial ? =)
Oh dom, do you have a copy of your nemu cheat conversion doc?
now i need to release my rom-info doc once i finish up the last ... uh, 150 entries (maybe i'll finish it by wednesday) :)
rattrap, can you please find the time (if you have any left) to just do a basic layout of the MySQL database or explain to someone w/ the skills as well what you wanted to do..
now i need to also make up docs for each emu that supports INI's and each variable and what they do as well as a few examples
might need smiff to help me out w/ the pj64 as well as icepir8 for the TR64 one since it uses 3 ini's for the tr64 ogl/rcp d3d plugins and then the gui itself. the rest i feel confident that i can do them myself.
as far as a webpage for all of this.. im' not sure, but either way my rom info doc will be out by the end of the week
