no feature in dolphin for that imho u should use fraps.

As was said, just use fraps like everyone else. It's what almost everyone uses to record themselves playing a game. Just use google to find it. It's very small and very easy to use. To make long recordings you have to buy it, but the free version will let you make short videos just fine.

But fraps slows the framerate when it is used so you must have average speed in the game to use it or if it lowers the low frame rate more you won't be able to play the game...
