Which emulator can play (individual emulators assigned is okay) 'Mario Party 4' and 'Mario Kart: Double Dash!!'? I already tried Dolphin but it only runs those games at 1.0FPS so I'm looking for a new emulator, only I don't know many emulators, and the few emulators I know don't have a compatibility list or are sure to not run those games.
Which emulator can do this?

I know that, that's why I also ask for a different emulator which can hopefully do the job better
Too bad no other emulator does the job better
But like I always say: It's always worth asking!
