Unsurprisingly Abit and Asus come out on top

I like this quote from the last page:
Asking in forums will only yield a bunch of zealots recommending one brand constantly for no reason, and they don't even take into consideration your needs.

You're forgetting about EPoX... which only got 0.1 less then Abit & Asus.
Definately worth mentioning, at my PC store we build every PC with an EPoX board (unless customer wants otherwise). Stable, cheap, good.

Heh thats funny to me I ditched my ASUS motherboard for an MSI of the same specs. Also for some reason my MSI motherboard is pink.:(
p.s. Does anyone know where they sell single bios chips for new asus motherboards.

Why would you need a new bios chip? If you accidentally erase the old one, you have to send it to the company or find somebody with an EEPROM programmer. If you just want to update, they are re-writeable with AFLASH.

On my old motherboard the BIOS chip died on me :(
