Hi there!
I admit I'm a newbie in using PJ64, but I'm quite impressed of this emulator (I used the old UltraHLE before :)
But I have a problem: I tried to run both of the N64 Zelda games but only got a "Out of Memory" message instead of the game.
I think it's a problem with my Win XP, but here'S my whole configuration:

Athlon XP 1700+
512 MB DDR ram
ATI Radeon 8500
Windows XP Pro

It's a problem with the ATI Radeon 8500, try using different drivers.

Okay! I Installed the driver you told me and played the game... But after restarting i only get the same error message when I try to load the rom.
Strange, isn't it?

Try downloading the latest beta (they call it alternate driver) from www.ati.com

Hmm that is strange. Gent can play games using these with no problems whatsoever.

All other games are working fine, except the Zeldas... I also tried the drivers from Ati.com, with no effect... Somehow it's disappointing that the best games don't work.
What could that be?

bad roms?? check on goodrom available on www.smiff.clara.net . its worth a check, as pj64 is very sensitive to badroms...

JeNaR : that seems strange indeed... You get no error message, correct? You might want to try this : Switch device to RGB in Graphics Plugin options, and, if Zelda boots, switch back to Direct 3D. If that works, then... it's the drivers causing the problem.

right click on the executable of project64 goto properties, goto compatability mode, and choose win98/me

there you go

I've never had a problem with running Pj on XP...
Hmmm...

Well, like with Windows 9x, it could be an issue related to a
virtual memory problem.
