Please,help me with the slow emulation

I try to use the Dolphin v.102 and the rom doesn't work,i get the Dolphin installer,and it works...but very slowly....I have a Radeon 9600 PRO 512 RAM and a Pentium 4....please tell me if the problem is of the my computer or something at the emulation...:(
