O well im bored.
Get N-Rages Plugin Here
Unzip the files and place them in plugins folder.
Run Project64 and go to options -> settings
Where it says Input controller plugin select N-Rage's Plugin
Hit Ok
Go to options -> Configure Controller Plugin
Configure your controller and what not and click on the Controller Pak tab
In the drop down box select Transfer Pak
From there its just a matter of selecting the GB rom and the save file. then click ok
All should work from there.
