Very Slow Framerates...Any Help Appreciated!

Using Dolphin Emulator Version 1.03

I am getting Framerates of around 3.38 on ( Super Mario Sunshine.GCM)

Computer Specs are as follows....

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+

2.21 GHz 2.00GB of Ram

Video Card is : GeForce 7800 GT Dual Head DVI...

any other specs needed please reply with questions...

Is there a setting I am missing Somewhere inside or Outside of the Program that can speed it up?

Found that Setting ( Use Dynarec and Tick Modifier 2 ) sped things up to between 8 and 30...

still looks slow...what is the normal framerate for this game? I am guessing 60FPS...

also, currently not getting any sound...is that normal?
