Rice video plugin?

I'm sorry if this is very noobish I've been wondering for a while.
how do you use rice video?
I have no idea how to use rar.files.

well thats not really helpful.
Download winrar, and extra the files into the plugin folder in your pj64 folder, then go to settings and change the video plugin to rice and then change settings to what you want

yea it is this is not the right forum for this anyway it should be in the plugin forum.
