Black Bar

Can anyone tell me what this black bar is whenever I use Glide64? And is there a way to turn it off or make it go away? http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/8213/untitledkt8.jpg I think it might have to do with overscan, but then it's only on this plugin and only on the top..:/

Blame it on the wrapper (I blame everything on rappers, you know), if it really really bothers you.
