Hi,

I have shenmue running on a 3ghz dual core.

Shenmue should run at 30 fps, however, it's running at 40 - 42 fps. Sometimes it drops to a respectable rate, or else it stays way to high.

Is there anyway to limit the number of frames per second to stay at 30 fps?
