Perfect Dark Multi Player problem

Hello everyone I need some help, please. I have pj64 v1.4 and when you vs. or another human player or go on a co-op mission, the bottom screen is frozen and the top flashes back and forth from player one to player two. If there is any one who might be able to fix this problem plase help. I can also provide pictures if it will help. I have a:

Intel pentium 4
32mb nvida geforce2 mx
128mb of ram
Windows ME

the way to fix this it to make the screen go vertical split.
