Is it normal to be running Project 64 on a 350 mhz,64 mb ram Rage Pro Turbo Agp2x,Windows Me pentium 2 computer?

If by normal you mean possible, I guess so, though emulation speed will suffer on a machine that old.

I don't know if you can get great speed. The PC specs required are Pentium III 800Mhz, 128Mb and a GeForce 2/3..

With those specs and that graphics card, I don't think you should be looking at PJ64 to begin with.

Well it goes bout 32 fps for star fox and thats good enoguh for me

umm... normal n64 speed is 60 fps

i think u need a new comp

actually the rom sets the fps, LoZ only runs at 20fps, 30fp is way to slow though...

Project64 fps stands for fields per seconds not frames per second so the likely frames per second you are getting is 15.
