of the two i would propably choose the gf4mx. try getting a gf3ti200 though, or an ati radeon 8500 bulk.

or a gf4 ti4200 which is better than both of the cards you listed slougi and cheaper than the r8500 but the same as a gf3ti200

What's the price of a GF3ti200 with 64MB. Here I find one with 128MB by U$250,00, this price is good ?
The GF4MX440 and GF2TI DDR TV have the same price !

Remember, I live in brazil and the prices is very high !!
