Installation Error

So I'm kind of new to this and I went to install Project 64 but I get an error, and I have no idea how to fix it. I've tried re-downloading but no success. Can anyone help?

You need to download and install Windows Installer before you can install Project64.

If you have Windows XP, you shouldn't have this problem, so...
