Perfect Dark - No Sky or Blur Effect

Whenever I play Perfect Dark, I find the sky completely black. Also, when I pause at a mission or select something at the "Perfect Menu" (Main Menu), I see that there is no blur effect in the background.

Is this having to do with Frame Buffer?

The second bug is indeed a framebuffer problem. Only Glide64 can emulate the effect. See here:

As for the sky bug, it's a complete mystery as far as I know.

Perfect dark should be PERFECTdark.
I've never seen those problems and I don't have Glide64.
I have Jabo's Direct 3D 1.6 &1.5.2.
try those.

The issues are there with all the current Jabo plugins. The sky at least is a known issue. The blur has never worked either.
