I downloaded this rom to my computer, and it works. The only problem is that when I want to choose 3 of my pokemon to battle, buttons don't work. Only the A and B buttons work. Can somebody please help me with this problem?

You don't "get" it anywhere. The Digital Pad (D-Pad) can be found on every single Nintendo controller. It's the one shaped like a cross.
If you know how set up the other controls in the Configure Controller plugin window, you know how to set up the Digital Pad controls as well.

Set your controls in Options --> Configure Controller plugin.

Wait a minute, do i need some kind of a controller to play or I can play with computer keyboard?

Yes, you can play with a keyboard. Forcing people to use only gamepads would be short-sighted. On the other hand, palying with a keyboard sucks more in certain games, and the keyboard doesn't do analog. :/

O.K, I turned the P64 on,went in options, than in configure controller plugin, and what next? I'm sorry if I'm boring but I really want to play this game.

Ok ,so if you have the Pokémon Stadium 2 rom image in Project64 roms folder, just select the game from Project64's window and play.

No no, you didn't understand me. What do I have to change in configure controller plugin? I didn't change anything there yet because I don't know what do I have to do.
