netplay controller problem

i'm using a gamecube controller to play pj64 1.6

using plugin "N-rage input plugin V2"

using tigergame NGC joypad to usb box 1

everything works well on 1.6 and 1.4

but when i go online on pj64k 1.4 , the gbc controller doesn't work
any suggestions as to how to fix this problem?

PJ64k requires jabo's 1.4 plugin for online play
