I'm really new to ROMS just found out about them an hour ago..well i found the OOC rom and got it to work...i have like 40 different ones...and some are in spanish and japanese and each one works..its just...when i get to making a name...the letters dont show up and i keep hitting END and it just shows me that i pressed it but it doesnt do anything else..i tried all profiles...and nothing else

Make sure thatyou are using a rom that's marked [!] and (U), unless you really want to play Zelda in some other language than english.

Also, what are your computer specs?

It's most likely your graphics card or drivers. Try pressing one letter that doesn't show and then the end button to see if you can start.

i have 1024 megs of ram..an NVIDIA 6200 with 128mb...i can play Half-Life 2 on high so i should be able to play an N64 game...

WOW...sorry im retarted..i was pressing enter..which was start..so instead of hitting the letter i would go straight to "finish" and it wouldnt let me because i didnt have a name..well now its working fine..and im about to cry because of all the childhood memories of this game =D...lol..thanks for the hel...you can lock this thread if you want
