are you running your display of a monitor or a TV?
if you have a TV connected try removing it.
Current Mode: 1280 x 800 (32 bit) (60Hz)
Monitor: Generic Television
Monitor Max Res: 640,480
also, try updating your Catalysts to a newer set. im prety sure that ATI make thier catalysts to work on both standard and mobile GPU's.
also update your Sound drivers, they appear to be the basic XP drivers
can get drivers here
ftp://152.104.238.194/pc/ac97/alc650/WDM_A389.exe

honestly the driver most in need of updating their is the audio driver, it isn'te xposing the AC97's hardware 3d audio channels and 2d channels that i know it does have.
i used to run AC97 myself and its not bad, just some loser companies don't give decent drivers
