Chankast not showing 2D!

Hi I just got my PC back yesterday all redone (got really messed up) and now chankast isn't displaying 2D! I'll show you whaqt I mean.

BTW it always use to display 2D before.

Looking at your graphics card, I'm not at all surprised with what you see.

I'm not sure if thewy changed the graphic card when the fixed the PC.
