  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

what do u think of course i just googled and put in mario images i diddnt realy enhance it is a retexture and not a hi-res texture but what do you think

Sorry it doesn't look great. I tried a similar thing earlier but it just doesn't work. It always end's up looking horrible...

personally I think it looks rubbish. the least that could of been done is upgrade the texture resolution on those trees

Mabye you could try enhancing the textures that are already there?

It's not as hard as people think. Trust me.
Look it up on google for the time being or search the 1964 thread for guides.

I like the concept behind it, but it does need work. However, a great concept is half the work already done! Keep it up!!

Take it easy folks, it doesn´t look good, but don´t take it so freaking personal. Heh, funny thought, what if he actually made it, but says he googled it to check the responses..Trust me, crazy things like that has happened before.
