Big problem with Ocarina of Time!!

Sorry for another Zelda problem (they're everywhere!)

But I can't seem to save my games properly.

Everytime I save my game, it saves all of my items, and money, but it never saves my location! I tried saving just inside Hyrule Castle, but once i booted up the game, I had all of my items, but I was back in Kokiri Village! Please Help! I have tried it many times but to no avail!

It is? I don't remmber it doing that on my old N64 version.....oh well thnx anyway...

as adult link you always start back at the temple of time

and young link its kokori forest
