No matter where I seem to go to download the plugin it seems to come without the ini, I've looked EVERYWHERE, I've got a million different rars of the plugin now.. none with the ini, yet when I try and run the emulator I get an error stating that its "Unable to find ini file on disk," someone please help! T_T;;

If someone could upload the ini somewhere, I'd be forever greatfull! ^_~;
