View Full Version : Illegal Operation/Crash

Hi, fantastic forums, I've been reading for a while so thought I'd join up!

Right, I have a problem (I bet you've heard that one before!)....

Running version 1.03 of Dolphin BETA, none of the roms are working (tried 2 'compatible' roms so far), and I get the standard Windows XP program crash screen with the 'send error report' option.

Dolphin runs fine, and displays the roms, but as soon as one is double click on and 'booting', I get the Dolphin crash notice :plain: .

I'm running a decent spec computer, ATi GTO2 X800 Graphics card, AMD X2 4400+ Processor, 1GB Ram, etc.

I'm just wondering what it could be?! I'm out of ideas :(

you're sure you've installed the latest device drivers?
and does the crash/error screen reports any missing files?

My system has been 100% with anything, until now! All the latest drivers as far as I know, and no, there doesnt seem to be a file missing message :plain:

Maybe it's the controler plugin, the default plugin crash the emu for me.
