Evil White Screen

I have a
Radeon 9600 126mb
3.0 GHZ
1gb RAM
(ask for more those are the things i can think of at the top of my head)
When trying to run anything in Dolphin 1.0.3 (Beta2?) or 1.0.2 i get the white screen and no option in fullscreen video mode (is it suppose to be like that)
I've searched and nothing fixes my problem =(

edit: I'm using lastest ATI drivers i've also tried the lastest Omega Drivers but it dont work =\

Many games do not work. So to be sure there even is a problem you'd have to tell us what games you've tried.

opps sorry I've tried Animal Crossing a few home brew games...(they loaded with my old crappy pc D=)
