Converting elf -> GCM/ISO ?

Is there a tool that converts an elf file (with a seperate folder for DVD data) to an ISO or GCM file to be used with an emulator?

Not sure, but if you change the folder for the dvd data to dvdroot (I think that's it) it'll boot just fine in GCube. As for a converter, I'd be interested in one too. I think there is, just don't know the name.
