I've dead or alive 2 and during the game i've 30/33 fps but it seems to be slower than the console version, but with 30 fps the pc game are perfect....
Just because PC games can be perfect at 30 fps doesn't mean the same thing for conosle games. For console games it's either 50fps (PAL) or 60fps (NTSC).
