Screen flicker in Shadows of the empire

When starting PJ64 there's a message saying issues(plugin).
Now when I start the game the screen flickers like mad but the game seens to play normally. Just wondering if there's any way
to stop this from happening.

geforce2 mx 400
soundblaster live! value
256mb ram

You might notice that the rom browser also states (flicker /menu text) under plugin notes. Known issue, no fix.

There is a way to lessen the flicker by changing the CF in rom settings to 1, it seems to work a bit for me. It was mentioned somewhere in the 'rdb wip' thread, I think allnatural came up with it so thank him!!
