I built a pretty decent computer to use ONLY with my TV... (it doesn't have a monitor, only the TV)... (in fact here are the specs in case anybody is interested):

[Windows 98]
Athlon 750mhz
256mb PC133 (Mushkin ram)
Radeon 7000 AGP 64mb
SB 512 PCI
Linksys 10/100 NIC

2x Playstation2 Pad's (using DirectPad Pro drivers)

Ok so here is my question....

I don't want to have to built a wireless keyboard but if thats what I need to do then fine... but I'm trying to turn the computer into a psuedo-console and control everything via my joysticks...

Has anybody ever done anything like this before? If so, what did you use?

Thanks in advance.

Well what u can do i get a wireless mouse and joystick and get one of those on screen keyboards to use with the mouse. u still need to have a keyboard plugged in for the pc to boot though afaik, but u can hide it somewhere ;)

I don't think its possible to contol a computer to it full capacity without a keyboard yet. But you don't need a keyboard to boot the computer, just turn off the keyboard in the bios.
