I have already read the manual and I walked to see on forum but i did not obtain any help. In my Crazy Taxi 2 the car runs very slow...
I have already selected the option Above Normal but it is in the same.
Someone could help me ?

My computor slow? lol
I play Call of Duty 2 online in good speed, and with the emulator of Dreamcast my PC is slow? Don't Think So

Dreamcast emulation relies entirely on CPU speed, and will have higher requirements than any PC game on the market. So yes, if a particular Dreamcast game is slow, your PC is too slow for that game to run in the emulator.

How well your PC can handle high-end PC games is not directly comparable to emulation. You lose.

im pretty sure he could squeze some extra FPS out of the emulator by getting alittle more ram and a better gfx card ....
