Question about Netplay

How does netplay with 1 player games like Castlevania etc work?

I noticed I'm able to host games with it on Kaillera but how does it work when we launch?

Do we take turns playing on a level/lives, do we change control manually?

I don't think netplay is of any benefit for 1 player games. If you think about it, it's just illogical in the first place

The only thing you can do is let someone watch you play or vice versa... But only one person can play, naturally.

AH I see. So we can't change who controls player 1 like zsnes.

But you both can play games such as Ice Climber etc.
