texture help im getting weird images

ok so i got the rice plugin and i installed it.when i started up the mario 64,i set it ONLY to "load textures if availible" expecting it to show my cel-shading textures.when i loaded my save,this is what i got:

You've misconfigured Rice's plugin somehow...
