I do have a question for all you WinXP users though...

Is 1964 unstable for you & also does it take forever to switch to full screen mode?

yes I've get the fullscreen erorr in Win XP too. Need to be fix this annoying bug

darn, ive answered this question soooooooo many times. if u wanan decrease the vchance of getting a 'video update failed' error, press F3 before switching screen size to pause the emu. when the screen does go into fullscreen, wait about 5 secs, and the emu will automatically unpause. it takes longer than it should, but the authors know about this.

why should i, i mean its not my emu or my forum. the point is that there arent too many threads on this forum at the moment, ppl should look, a bit at least, at the other threads to see if their problems are answered before pefore posting. theres nothing wrong with asking questions, just ppl should research their problem or bug finding to see if anyone else has shared their query, isnt that what forums are for.
