Speed and display are perfect exept its displayed at only half screen for some reason. Any help would be appreciated.
Anyway to fix Half Screen Error Glitch for Battlezone Rise of the Blackdogs?

I had this problem with Reis Evil 2 and Mario Tennis (I think). I had to downgrade the plugin to Jabo's 1.5.2 or w/e instead of 1.6. See if that works.

Well I upgraded everything I could including my Graphics Card Drivers. It seems to have fixed the half screen error but now objects on the screen sometimes blur to unplayable proportions. When it dosen't do that the screen flashes unconrollable making it impossible to play due to not being able to see anything when flashing goes so long that the screen turns black.
