What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

Any plans to implement openGL 2.0 in any of the current plugins?

Not to say what is out there isn't working great, im just curious if there are any advantages with openGL 2.0 over what is currently being used. I do notice when using epsxe's OpenGL 2.0 plugin the textures look much more crisp and sharper.

Thanks.

Yeah but Pete Bernerd isn't using OGL2 at all, too!?!
The plugin is named in this way, because he wanted to use it, but he only rewrote a lot of the plugin core to work better with High End gfx cards...
Btw: I can remember a post of the Glide uthor that he wants to port his plugin in far future to OpenGL... probably he will use OGL2?

Not supported. Crank up the resolution to maximum and use Ultra/Very High X and Y and you'll hardly notice.
