i got this working.
This is a fast paced game right? Like most street fighters in the arcade.
But its sort of slow not really laggy type slow....
I press the + key in game and nothing happens, even if i press - key nothing happens either. I tried those zwrite and full screen options too. Still the same.
I also get a few graphics errors, like some parts of the sprites dont show up.
I have a geforce 6800 with latest drivers.
....Anyways i was wondering if anyone plays this game at normal "street fighter" speed. Iver never played this game before so i dont know how fast its suppose to be.

You better have the Capcom Hack + ZWrite + AphaTest ZWrite enabled, although those shouldn't affect speed or inputs in any way.
Have you actually configured your pad/keys in Chankast before playing?

For one, Capcom Hack makes most if not all Capcom games work better. That's why it is called the Capcom Hack.

Do the keys work in the Dreamcast BIOS when you boot it without a game?

60fps feels like normal Sf3 speed, make sure you have vsync on so that it doesn't go over if your cpu is too fast, It plays okay, all the combos aredoable etc... but there's not much you can do about the graphical glitches, I have your card and experienced the fewest glitches at 1024x1248

yes my controls work in the BIOS
and now i don't get any more gfx glitches, but my processor is a little slow probably why i get around 40fps
