cant see all info in configure boxes

I need help with the configure boxes i looked in the forums a faq searching for a fix but not finding it so ill ask here. the boxes like in the configure controler plugin... and i cant see al the setting and am unable to change the box size or scroll to see it. it does the same thing in the configure graphics settings. And in the settings/advanced, rom settings, rom notes, Directories and rom selection. the only one im concerened about is the controler settings because i want to set my xbox controler and its very frustrating when you can only set half of them.

ok that screenshot looks pretty bad but when i copied it to my cp it looks normal

Open Display in the Windows Control Panel, then go to the settings tab, and click Advanced. In the General Tab, change the DPI setting to Normal Size (96 DPI)
