I've searched for other threads to the solution to the depth problem, and the solution I've found is to use Glide64 for the video plugin, and to enable Depth Buffer render.

When I enable this option, the player character and all other non-background entities disappear. Is there a solution to this problem? I have tried the Glide Wrapper that comes with Glide64, eVoodoo, and Zeckenzack's. None of them solve the problem.

System Specs:
Pentium 4 3.0 GHZ LGA775
GeForce 6800
1.5GB Ram
Realtek AC97 Audio

Project64 1.6
Glide64 Wonder Plus
Jabo's Directsound 1.6
Jabo's DirectInput7 1.6

use the option depth render in the glide64 panel

use zeckensack wrapper

and it's ok :)

Zeckensacks puts up the following error:

The procedure entry point gr_FogColorValue@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library glide3x.dll

EDIT: Never mind, problem solved. All I had to do is go download the latest 0.84c version of Zeckensack's glide wrapper.
