Help with .rar files

I noticed a few games like Golden Eye and Perfect Dark are .rar files. I downloaded Perfect Dark, but it wouldn't play. How would I get those games to work? Thank you in advance!

Oh BTW, I have that Metal Combat game from my SNES emulator (ZSNES), and for some reason I can only see the backgrounds, and the actual sprites don't show up. Battle Clash works fine, but this one doesn't. Any ideas of why this might be happening, or how I can fix it?

Fix the rom with NSRT:

You almost certainly have the bad SuperFX hacked version (the actual game uses the OBC1 chip). The fixed rom works perfectly. Read the readme for its use.
