There's already cheats included, which regional version do you have?

Go to cmgsccc (http://www.cmgsccc.com/games.php?system=n64), you'll find 3 pokemon statium in the "P" section, choose yours.
P.S. They have all GS cheat codes there.

Also, besure to read the PJ64's cheat manual (http://www.pj64cheats.net/cheat_help.htm), its pretty simple, but if you need help adding them, i'll help.
