JNES rapid-fire feature?

I am browsing through the tutorials on JNES and I don't see a rapidfire option, i.e. a feature that makes 'B' (the key that is usually used to fire a weapon in games) function faster. :homestar:

just look in the input configuration settings under the Options
and set your turbo fire key:icecream:

I looked and didn't see an option for turbo fire. I have verison 0.50, if that makes a difference....

try this version of jnes it has turbo fire
it's also the newest version

That's weird, I downloaded J-nes last year (Sept. 2004) There was a turbofire key. So I have no Idea that if you downloaded anytime later than me, you have an older version. I have 0.5.2. Weird.
