Hi Everyone,
I downloaded a compressed file with the extension 7Z. I downloaded the program, 7-Zip, and it extracts the file, but the extension is still 7Z. I am sure that the original file was an ISO or CDI image (I downloaded Ecco The Dolphin from a torrent site), but how do I decompress the 7Z file? Thanks!

Get and install Winrar. Once that's done, right click on the 7z file and select "Extract here".

Hi, thanks for the quick reply...i figured out 7-Zip, now I have a few files that are extracted. They are:
Ecco the Dolphin.ccd
Ecco the Dolphin.img
Ecco the Dolphin.sub
How can I take these images and convert them so that I can play it on Chankast? Thanks!

Mount the .ccd file using Daemon tools or Alcohol (or the .img file).

Hi, I tried both files, and all Chankast does is show the disc spinning. Do I need to download some sort of boot disc and mount that first? Thanks!

You have to self-boot the files. Look in the Chankast tools thread located on these very forums.
